Thanksgiving Point Institute

Thanksgiving Point Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit farm, garden, and museum complex that draws upon the natural world to cultivate transformative family learning.
 


Upcoming Exhibits and Events
  • The new Butterfly Biosphere is now open with over 1,000 butterflies from all over the world.
  • 15th annual Tulip Festival in Ashton Gardens will start April 12th and go through May 4th.
  • Garden of Quilts will be held September 12 – 14 in Ashton Gardens.  Tickets and Class Registrations are now on sale.
  • Utah Symphony in concert at Waterfall Amphitheatre on June 26.​

Community Initiatives and Educational Programs
  • ​Horticulture classes, DIY classes, cooking classes, and master gardening courses are offered to community members. Classes vary throughout the year. 
  • Thanksgiving Point offers educational opportunities and camps to children ages 3 and above. This includes teens! 
  • The institute also offers information for educators regarding field trips, outreach opportunities, and teacher resources like workshops and a weekly newsletter.

The museum has a YouTube channel which provides educational content to children to help them learn about the natural world.
