The Forum is a day of panels, presentations, Q&A, and networking focused on current topics essential to museum trustees. How will I access the Forum virtually?
Closer to the Forum date, we will provide a link to you via email to join the day's sessions via Zoom… an account is not needed for access, but please ensure your device will support the app or website. Also, the link will only allow access to registered attendees; please join the session with your email used for registration.

How will I be able to interact during the Forum?
Virtual attendees will be sent a form via email prior to the Forum date. Please include any questions you may have for specific panelists or panel topics that we can share during the audience Q&A. Virtual attendees will not be able to ask questions during the live Forum due to time and A/V restrictions.

Will I be visible on-screen during the Forum?
Virtual attendees will not be visible to any other attendees, virtual or in-person, during the Forum. Only MTA and museum staff will be able to view the virtual screen to manage attendance and monitor the connection.

How will I access the recorded Forum sessions after the event? 
Forum session recordings will be accessible on MTA-On Demand shortly after the event. More details to follow.
