Twice a year, MTA convenes gatherings of museum board members and senior staff to discuss and
ignite conversations around topics essential to museum trustees today.
Over several days of programs and events, you will hear from experts, learn from peers, and dive into
pressing topics that museums are currently addressing. Programming concludes with two days of exclusive collection tours for MTA Patrons.

Wednesday, April 23rdExtended Experience: Artists Visit, departure 12:00pm
Patrons are invited for an extended experience on an artists visit to New Hope, PA. Arranged transportation will take our group to the George Nakashima studio and museum to visit with the artist's daughter, Mira Nakashima and tour the workshops as well as the on-site museum of Nakashima's work. We will then enjoy a private collection visit in the New Hope area, with dinner at a restaurant along the river before returning to the hotel. Limited capacity. Reserve your spot today! |

Friday, April 25thForum, 9:00am-4:00pm
The Friday Forum is a day of panels, presentations, Q&A, and networking focused on current topics essential to museum trustees. Registration includes coffee, lunch, and a museum tour. Panels will focus on collections management, generational engagement in museums, building transformation, and construction planning from concept to completion. After the Forum we will return to the hotel and have dine-arounds near the hotel. Check back next week for more information on each panel! |

Brandywine, 8:45am departure
Arranged transportation will take our group from the hotel to the Brandywine Museum and the Andrew Wyeth Studios. From there, we will attend a private collection visit and a private dinner in the Brandywine area before returning to the hotel.
